Mister Baby...needs a name...

With Baby Boy #4 on the horizon...fondly known as "Mister Baby"...
And a pair of parents who can't decide on a final name...
We've decided to do something a little "off the beaten path"...

We're hosting an online "Baby Name Poll"!!

We've been able to narrow it down to 4 names that we absolutely love. We just can't decide which to go with! That's where you come in...

On the top right hand side of the page, I've created a simple poll where readers...friends of readers, family of readers, strangers of readers...can vote for the name they prefer.

The poll will remain open until "Mister Baby" makes his debut. Which could be ANY day, so get your votes in!

Bonus: One random voter will be selected to receive a PRIZE! A custom designed T-Shirt, proclaiming the "aid" you offered in the naming of our youngest. (Prize details to be posted soon)

So hurry, get your vote in...
And pass this one to everyone you know.

(We can't loose, we love all the names!)

**After you've voted be sure to comment at the end of this post to ensure you are entered in the contest! The drawing will be generated from the blog post, not facebook or twitter.**

  7. Hi, Tracey and Josh. I wanted to vote for Moses for Shy's sake, but I love the name Cooper. I actually like them all, but I like Cooper the best. Dad likes Cooper, too, but I didn't know if I could cast his vote.

  8. I voted and would like to win a t-shirt :) I like the name Moses in Spanish which would be Moises (moy SEHS), but I voted for something else since the Spanish pronounciation wasn't an option.

  11. I'm with Joanna, I think Oliver Willey sounds great!! But then again you might look at that beautiful little face and say he doesn't look like a Lincoln, Moses, Cooper or Oliver and go with something completely different!!

  15. oliver is my clear favorite of the names in the poll, but i also like moses. lincoln and cooper, in my experience, are becoming overly popular, which would knock them out of the running for me ;) congrats on the impending arrival of your little guy...can't wait to hear the name (and birth) announcement soon!

  19. Well since Joseph was not a choice(total BS) and my strong recommendation for Joshua fell on deaf ears I guess I'll go with Cooper.

  30. I love Cooper, but Lincoln is good too... so I voted twice :) {have you ever known me to play by the rules anyway?!?!} Congratulations!

BTW we had the same decision problem with Emily - Praise the Lord she was a girl - we didn't have blogs for opinion polls :)

    Mrs Dobson

  35. Fun idea...what about middle names? Dan votes for Oliver..I voted for Cooper. We always chose names by the nicknames you could come up with....

    ReplyDelete
  37. Whew...hoping you didn't have the baby in the time it took me to vote! ; ) Congrats you guys, no matter what the name!

  38. commenting, commenting...la la la!
I can't wait to see the little toot! You guys are awesome and it's a shame we live so far away from each other. Love and miss you sweet friend!
ps...I really want to win. I tend to cry when I win something because it happens so rarely! haha...seriously...it's not a pretty picture.

  39. How fun! I picked the name Lincoln...I've always liked the name, admire the most famous "Lincoln" and have a weakness for place names as people names. We're cheering for you all and can't wait to meet the little guy! Love, Gena

  40. Lorraine from ABC and across the street from your Mom voted for Cooper!

  41. I voted Lincoln :) It was on my list if Alexis had been a boy. Cooper is the name my friend is going with if her baby decides to be a boy (in Feb). I love them all though! Joe and I could never decide on a boys' name so it's good we probably had girls :)

Good luck with the labor and delivery!

  42. Such a close "race" at the baby name polls!!!

    ReplyDelete
  43. So my ? is, are you actually going to name the baby with the one that wins the poll? Very brave! I think you need to reserve the right to change your mind when you see him:) Or it could really be a HUGE surprise and be a Lincolnette, Cooperella, Olivia or Moesha!

    ReplyDelete
  44. We truly do love all the names...I wouldn't be disappointed in any one over another! So there's no reason to not go with the winner!
Of course we could see him and that could change...I guess we'll just have to wait and see!
If it is a major surprise, of the female variety...it will be Tessa!

Of course...the hubby thinks someone is "fixing" the vote...
