Beautiful & Easy Fuit Salad

I love fruit salad.
Every taste is summer.

I hate making fruit salad.
All the chopping and dicing...the mess...and then it's gone (almost instantly).

Yay for me...
K.K. (my lil' sis) has mastered the art of fruit salad (limited chopping and dicing).

The bowl was filled with:
  • grapes
  • oranges (peeled not cut)
  • watermelon (diced)
  • strawberries (sliced)
  • pears (sliced)
It took her all of 8 mins and it was the prettiest, tastiest fruit salad I have ever had.
Promises!

The 3 keys to making it easy:
  1. Only cut what you absolutely have to (always cut the strawberries...they add flavor)
  2. Use whatever fruit you have...it's ok to skip the kiwi.
  3. Just toss it in as you cut...no mixing required. (fruit gets mushy when it sits in too much juice)

*There was no pineapple used in the making of this fruit salad because K.K. is allergic*
