 Fancy Salad {Recipe}:
Mixed Greens
Roasted Chicken
Glazed Pecans
Fresh Feta Cheese
Balsamic Vinagrete

Pecan French Toast Bake {Recipe}:
*Medium Casserole Dish
*6 slices of bread cubed
*6 eggs
*1 3/4 cup skim milk
*1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 2 tsp. vanilla extract
*1/2 crushed glazed pecans
*1/4 cup granulated sugar & cinnamon mix

1 - grease dish
2 - fill with cubed bread {technically I just shred mine}
3 - mix eggs, milk, vanilla & sugar in a separate bowl
4 - sprinkle top of bread with pecans
5 - pour milk mixture evenly over bread
6 - sprinkle top of bake with cinnamon sugar mix
7 - cover and bake in preheated oven @ 350 for an hour or so
*Serve warm topped as you please*

I was delighted to spend a rainy Tuesday with "Brookelynne" of my BFF's from high school. We brunched, chatted and watched our kids get know each other. 

Isn't it fun to meet up with friends from days past and see how your lives have changed...see how despite the years your still tied together like no time has passed at all? 

It is especially fun with Miss Brooke...we are both right where we had dreamed of being back in high school...happily married to our high school sweethearts...filling our days with mommy hood. 
Right where we want to be.
