These simple treats are so easy peasy it kills me! Prepare for many more yogurt adventures as I attempt to fill that sweet craving with some healthier alternatives...
Sweet & Salty Yogurt Pops:
~1/2 cup honey
~1 quart plain yogurt
~ 2 cups partially thawed frozen fruit (I used mangos, blueberries, and raspberries)
~thick pretzel sticks
>Mix yogurt & honey in a medium sized bowl.
>Stir in fruit
>Pour into pop forms (i used plastic dixie cups)
>Place in freezer
>20 minutes after you put them in the freezer, go ahead and pop in those pretzel sticks :)
>Now leave in freezer for an additional 2.5 hours or over night.
>Serve on ice to prevent INSTANT melting
*I did find that after a short bit of pop tasting, the pretzels sticks would get soggy and break in half...sad face...maybe you could make a smaller pop or use a traditional popsicle stick.*
